How do I make a warranty claim?

Faulty products can be returned for credit or exchange providing the product was purchased within two years of the claim. All warranty claims must have a dated proof of purchase to verify the date and place of purchase. Only the original owner is covered by this warranty. We will cover all agreed upon costs associated with your warranty claim.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information (where available):
- Order number
- Proof of purchase including date
- A short description of the fault
- One or two digital images if applicable
We will have a look at the information you have provided as soon as possible and you will receive an email or phone call from us with information on how to proceed.
