Our Returns Policy

We Offer Hassle-Free Returns

We are happy to accept the return of any items if sent back within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date for a full refund or exchange. 

Please first reach out to us at hello@goodnature.eu and we can let you know how to proceed. Please include:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase including date 
• Product name

All Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, along with any accompanying accessories and an explanation for returning the Products. Items that are damaged or missing will not be refunded or replaced. Only the original purchaser may request a return.

Return shipping charges within this 14 day window are the responsibility of the customer.
